2009 Incentive Program
We have received
a trip from Andy Meyers Lodge again this year and will be reinstating the incentive program. The Drawing will be held at the
December meeting where Steve Herbeck will be drawing the winning ticket.
RULES
1. The BOD has final say in all decisions and will be decided by a majority
vote.
2.
Must be current member in good standing of Chapter #49 at the time of Drawing.
3.
You must Volunteer and work at the event to receive one ticket in the final drawing.
4.
The trip will be given away at the Dec meeting must be present to win
5.
Events that is included: Hammond Show, Valpo show, Cabalas, Ice Out Challunge
(paid entry or Cook) Guide for a Day (guide or cook) Paid entry in tournament or Judge boat. (Guides for GFAD & Judge
boats can be non members.)
6.
Everyone in attendance at the Dec Meeting will also get an entry
7.
Must be used by person winning the trip, cannot be sold or traded.
8.
Must be used in 2010 season.
9. At completion of program
all tickets will be put in a hat and we will draw 3 names 1st name will be the Winner then we will draw the 1st
and 2nd alternate in the event that the winner cannot use the trip.
10. You can only get one entry per event.
